The Story

The oval-shaped handle is made from magnolia wood with a (stabilised) red pakka ferrule. Suitable for both left- and right-handed users.

Available in three sizes:

Tang opening: 12.6 x 3.5mm (0.50 x 0.14")
For santoku, nakiri, bunka, and gyuto knives up to 210mm (8.27") (or up to 240mm / 9.45"). For the prosciutto knife Burja.
S Length: 115mm (4.53")
Ferrule diameter: 15 x 20mm (0.59 x 0.79")
Tang opening: 8.8 x 3.5mm (0.35 x 0.14")
For small petty and utility knives up to 150mm (5.91").
