The Story

A traditional Japanese handle in an octagonal shape made from rosewood, with a Japanese cedar wood ferrule. Suitable for both left- and right-handed users.

Combine the handle with any standalone blade to create your very own custom Japanese kitchen knife!

Available in three sizes:
