At SharpEdge, we stand behind the quality of our premium cutlery and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all blades are protected and all component parts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tools for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
